①The wall thickness of the valve block hole spacing should not be less than 5mm
If the design wall thickness is too small, coupled with processing errors, it may lead to thin walls, and there is a risk of perforating the wall under high pressure. Therefore, the design dimension of the hole wall spacing above 5mm should be ensured.
②Under normal circumstances, the valve block hole depth shall not exceed 25 times the hole distance
This data is considering the manufacturability of the integrated block hole. The long hole in the above picture has a diameter of 14mm and a through hole of 475mm. If the through hole (one end is blocked by a plug) is not used, a 400mm deep hole needs to be drilled, because the hole depth is too large. Processing. With through holes, both ends can be drilled, with an average hole depth of 240 at one end, which is easy to process.
③The ratio of the maximum eccentricity of the intersecting hole of the integrated block to the aperture should be less than 0.3 times the aperture
      Most of the boreholes in the valve block intersect at right angles. Sometimes two intersecting holes cannot intersect the axes, and there will be a relative eccentricity E, which is the ratio of eccentricity to aperture (4.2/14=0.3 in the figure below). Since the relative eccentricity is related to the local drag coefficient ξ, ξ=1.60+0.16E0.61, the drag coefficient value is acceptable when E is less than 0.3.
④The distance between manifold oil ports should not be too small
      Because the manifold oil port needs to be connected to the outside through a straight joint at the installation end, if the oil port is too small, the joints will interfere with each other, or they cannot be tightened with a wrench.
⑤The surface of the valve block must be treated with rust prevention
 The valve block is mostly operated in the open air. Corrosion must be considered when designing the valve block, and anti-corrosion measures must be taken to avoid unnecessary failure.
